Seasonal Mango Protein Muscle Food
Ingredients
- 2 slices of multigrain or whole wheat bread
- One chopped seasonal mango
- Salad leaves
- One Yakult
- Balsamic vinegar for drizzle
- One scoop of BariPro mango whey protein
For dip
- 2 tbsp mango purée
- 2 tsp low fat hung curd
- One scoop mango whey
- Yakult
Method
Toast the bread, spread the dip on the toast .. add chopped cold mangoes and washed and clean salad leaves
Sandwich the toast! and serve with mango whey dip.
